If you are NEW to this,
You will need to contact a Gun Shop near you that will do a "TRANSFER" for you. There is generally a fee for this service. The Gun Shop will supply us with their FFL then we can ship the firearm or Serialized part to them. Once they receive it you can go there and fill out your Federal Form 4473 and any State paperwork that may be needed.
